It depends... KYC with whom? Most times it is just name/address/phone number/SS number and maybe a front and back photo of your drivers license...

If you wager with a book called Fairlay... I never had to do any type of KYC. But they don't convert the Bitcoin into currency. You wager with Bitcoin only.

i deposit in AC88 using bitcoin. so far so good. i can withdraw money w/o KYC verification process.
