Uphold is a lesser talked about option for both ACH deposits and withdrawals. I've had good experiences with them.

They have a third party exchanger that you can use if you verify your ID there, but most people choose another one.
Coinbase and Gemini.com are similar and offer ACH transfers to your bank to withdraw.
Cash App on your phone has just started buying bitcoin as well as selling it. They have had such good reviews I would try that myself.
You can also order a BitPay.com debit card. When you send bitcoin to it it is auto converted to US$ and you use the card buy things, pay bills, buy money orders for deposit or ACH to your bank.
Other options are P2P exchanges like Localbitcoins and Paxful.
Or... a Bitcoin ATM
