Need Help withdrawing Funds From Blockchain

So kind of new to this bitcoin. I have blockchain and coinbase accounts.
I understand the chain is like so for withdraws:

Sportsbook>blockchain>coinbase>?

How do i transfer my funds from blockchain to coinbase
And once i have funds in coinbase can i go directly into my bank account or it has to go to my paypal account?

Im Canadian since Canadians and Americans have different policys/options.

Any help is much appreciated and or better options.

From coinbase you need to generate a BTC address to send from blockchain. Just copy the address and go to blockchain and send it to the address you generated from coinbase. Once it is on coinbase you just sell the BTC and transfer it to your bank account, I believe. I dont coinbase anymore but i'm assuming it's the same as gemini and other exchanges.

It seems like i cant directly deposit into my bank account from coin. I have to deposit into my paypal then into my bank account. Such a process...
