Its asking me to verify my identity. How do I do that? I attempted to transfer from my debit & it did not work.

I keep getting to touch id for cash app...verify identity and when i touch the screen nothing happens!

For the Bitcoin, you're supposed to upload a picture of your ID and a selfie.

Although the thing is, that's usually when you're trying to withdraw Bitcoin they ask for your ID, not buy or just add money. Are they making you do that sooner?
