I think fairlay was designed for something completely different but now they are aware of the value of sports bettors. I think they need to know what we as bettors dont like and need. Maybe this can motivate them to improve. Currently fairlay has the best prices but not the best product.
Things i personally NEED
first off every runner needs to show the length ie 1Q HF FT FTOT 1stperiod whatever
right now you see in the runner and matched orders
this is great except for the fact that first people mess up and bet this and dont know its the 1st half cause its not in the runner name its only in the description
it should say ON Utah Jazz (full game) or ON Utah Jazz FG not just Utah Jazz
things I want
the withdraw system is screwed, yes its instant and works great BUT
the confirmation email just says click to confirm it does not say amount or wallet going to
the link once clicked to confirm automatically confirms and does not make you verify the amt or wallet going to
I think this could cause problems, if someone else got into your account and initiated a withdraw you are very likely to click that link to go and check and see what happened and boom you just sent screwed yourself if you did not initiate that withdrawal.
SUPPORT SUPPORT use your twitter account update on issues constantly (its our money in there) use the chat, get 24 hr a day customer support, this when you feel like it support once a day system sucks, that will chase off users, show when you are online to chat, give us set hours or run support 24-7 on squawk box, you have enough users to support the cost of 24-7 chat support.
and get rid of that hold crap, it confuses new users and pisses off people trying to bet, most people bet and if they win they want to bet again not wait for some dumb hold system that nobody understands. get rid of it completely on sports betting at least where results are published, you can keep that for your opinion type markets but sports betting the Yankees won or loss, there is no debate!
