Anyone buy or sell btc thru Neteller?

This option is now available for some countries and I have a couple of questions. Neteller support is virtually non-existent, this I will try here.

You can buy BTC but theres no way to send it anywhere...you are pretty much buying it as an investment and selling back for FIAT through their site

I tested it for a small amt and now I can't even see it on the site. So I was wondering where it went? LOLOL How would you access the btc to sell it back/cash it in? thanks
