Accidentally went from Coinbase to bitcoin book without sending to intermediate wallet. Do I have anything to worry about? Will my Coinbase account get flagged, closed, etc?

One time occurrence........doubt it. Did the address have any other transactions before you used it to send Bitcoin? If it was clean, you shouldn't worry.
