Why be btc or crypto exclusive unless you take USA? So many great options why would anyone use unless they really need anonymous esp since most not offer anything too special

They're a different concept than wgr anyway, terms like that means that they're centralized. There are a ton of these already (and many more eth/tron/eos-based casinos on the way) with little to no actual traffic. If the central authority goes down for whatever reason(s), the network cannot continue to operate properly.

Any casino network can be considered as having their own coin in regards to the value of network funds, even ones shown as $. I remember Lock Poker dollars going lower and lower in value for p2p trades as the payout delays grew longer and longer, as hope slowly faded that they were still solvent.

"The PLAYER must enter all mandatory information requested in the PLAYER's registration form, in particular, the PLAYER's identity, the PLAYER's address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, the PLAYER's place of residence, the PLAYER's passport number, relevant payment information, date of birth, secret question and answer, all of which must be true and correct. It is the PLAYER's sole responsibility to ensure that the information the PLAYER provides is true, complete and correct. The PLAYER is hereby notified that the COMPANY carries out verification procedures and the PLAYER's Member Account may be blocked or closed if the PLAYER is found to supply false or misleading information."

"The PLAYER participates in the Services strictly in the PLAYER's personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only" lol...?
