Little or no hold on funds

I've been using Coinbase for a few years. Now that I'm actually using it for BTC deposits, are there better wallets that don't put a hold on your funds as long?

Waiting almost a week for funds to clear is ridiculous.

I get instant Deposits via Coinbase. I think if you use a debit card it's instant vs using a bank account but not certain. I use a BTC ATM as well but the fees are insane.
