Do I need to verify my name and address to send and receive from blockchain? When I use the drop down for the state I live in (Ark) it is not listed. I could not find a way to contact them on the site. Any info is appreciated.

Only as a wallet. I have my coinbase account verified. I was hoping it would still be acceptable to transfer from my blockchain to sportsbooks or back to coinbase without having to go through all the verification. I am not interested in purchasing via blockchain.Comment -
For me, verification was not required to use blockchain as a wallet.Comment
