Nitrogen account hacked

My bitumen account was hacked this morning I had 0.092 bitcoin in my account I had just won a bet on the bears last night I check my account t this morning and my bitcoin were withdrawn from my account o contacted nititgen they notice the issue but it seems like they are willing to do anything about it

They are telling me they are not responsible for my account t being hacked

Did they give you any information about the IP or location of the device it was withdrawn from?

They won’t give me any info about the IP address they say the person changes my password and I can access my account so there is nothing they can do I keep asking them to check the IP address and they won’t they said the case is closed and there is nothing they. And I

That's what sucks about bitcoin. I would never use it for large amounts of money. If you get hacked nothing you can really do. At least with banks you can get your money back.

Well then you have no one to blame but self as nitrogen offers and promotes to customers to use two factor...I wish all sites had 2FA....funny though I have 2FA and Even w that have had nitrogen security lock account when I did withdrawl from vpn and not near my home..they have excellent security plus good CS and good communication that clear up legit issues quickly
