Having issues receiving btc via Airbitz

Someone else had this problem a few days ago.

I don't yet understand exactly whats going on but this is what he told me about how he fixed the problem;

The Airbitz app for many now is dated. They are now part of "The Edge." I just wish I didn't have to put the time in to figure it out, I wished they have notified people/me.

I had to install the Edge bitcoin app. I found out it solves the problem for people like myself who "might" have an issue. So I wouldn't rush and uninstall Airbitz right away as I'm led to believe it works for others. All my Airbitz transactions did transfer over to Edge once I installed it and signed in. It would have been nice to get an email from them.

Glad to help. It's scary when it appears your money goes into a black hole. You me and several others Mr. Peepers had this happen.

So Airbitz is now Edge? I'm assuming the same login credentials apply?

Would appreciate users of Airbitz passing on any info they have about this. I'm still not sure Slanina.

mycelium wallet is my primary now and I suggest you switch and use that as primary. I do still on occasion use airbitz that i have had for years and my android app still lists as Airbitz ... One thing I will add though at times I have had sync issues with Airbitz where my android app does not show transactions even though they are confirmed...A reboot and and a discount and reconnect of my wifi normally fixes

ok, so I've seen this thread but haven't had any issues sending or receiving to my Airbitz wallet...until today. A payout was confirmed and it still was not showing hours later. I downloaded Edge and tried logging in using my Airbitz info. It worked and the payout was showing as well. It's as easy as just downloading and logging into Edge.

I downloaded edge and used Airbitz login. No issues.
