Coinbase and Gemini are some exchange options where you can sell the Bitcoin and they'll transfer it to your bank account.
You can also get a Bitpay card and send the bitcoin there where you can use it like a regular card to make purchases or withdraw the money from ATMs (for a fee).
There's also Localbitcoins as a peer to peer exchange, but you have to watch out for scams.Comment
