You will be very hard pressed to find a way to buy BTC with a CC without verification. No one silly enough to accept CCs blindly for BTC

Look into Localbitcoins.com it is a peer to peer exchange, somme of the buying methods can be done with CC and depending on the seller they may not require ID

But your best bet is to use a BTC ATM near you if you want anonymity
