Bitcoin exchange/price at DSI?

I saw a thread that mentioned other books generally doing so in accordance with published rates, but no mention of if this is also the case with DSI.

I asked if I could get details of where they exchange it so I can verify this rate and was told this info isn't provided.
Should I be concerned? Anyone have any experience with a bitcoin payout at DSI?

I don't recall anyone posting about them being unfair with the rate. If that helps.
