    Blockchain slow
Right now there are almost 10000 unconfirmed transactions. I've been waiting over an hour. Haven't seen it like this in months. Does anybody now if this is going to be happening a lot?

Yeah this sucks it's up to 15000 now. I guess the miners took the night off or something. What sucks is I use localbitcoins for all my transactions and they won't let you adjust the fee. I hope this is just temporary.

Yep looks like I won't be getting my mlb bets off. This afternoon I was confirmed in 5 minutes for some nhl bets but a few hrs later I've been waiting probably 2.5 hrs for another transaction to go through

Try the viabtc accelerator. I used it for the first time in a while and got mine confirmed in 10 minutes.

Is that some kind of pool of miners?

Fees have been miniscule lately- I was afraid plenty miners would just give up.

This is my first time seeing any malfunctioning within the blockchain. Has anyone else gone through this?

I think so. All I know is you enter your transaction i.d. At the top of the hour and they include it in their next block or something. It always worked for me on stuck transactions. Anyways it looks like the blockchain is back to normal which is good.

Thanks for the update, have not done a transaction in a few days, will hold off for a few until smoke settles.

The last 3-4 weeks have gone smooth as silk at Blockchain, numerous transactions all confirmed in 60 minutes or less.

                    Keep us posted, thanks again.

10000 is nothing and is not congested...things are confirming as usual but fees up just a tad...Most likely issues is your transaction has inputs that are not confirmed or you sent with under 2 SAT or so which causes small delay....bookmark this site it will help

All depends how high the fee is. Did a transaction yesterday an hour or two after this thread was started and had 4-5 confirmations within 30-35 minutes.

I hear you. But what really sucks is a lot of places will not let you raise the fee. I use localbitcoins and it's automatically set to a super low fee.

so send to your wallet that you control the fee, and then send to its destination with a higher fee... eat the $1 in extra fees.

From my experience LBC has always been quick to send and and with appropriate fees to confirm in acceptable time...it’s great source if you need quick btc with tons of purchase options I prefer the cash deposit
