Admin please let me know how I can put in a formal complaint on Nitrogensports. I had a game misgraded a win which was fixed in the morning but Nitro took the coin twice from my acccount. I have been at this for 36 hours plus with them and I don’t have it in my account. I tried to complain about in chat and then they banned me for spam. I lost over 130k there and now they took coin from me. It’s not a large amount but it’s enough that I am pissed off and also btc price is down. So far for the delay they gave me 2 $5 free bets but they are stalling on the resolution. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Boy I do hope they legalize this shit soon.
