Bitcoin Mempool is around 2MB which a couple months ago would've been unheard of. You should be able to send a transaction and have it confirm with a fee of 11 sat/b or more relatively quickly if you do it tonight. https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

Edit: I wouldn't do it now (01/30) since now BTC is tanking with the Tether and Bitfinex subpoena. You're now gonna pay at least 100+ sat/b if you want to send Bitcoin today.
