BITCOIN Wire Options....Help Por Favor! (Coinbase)

Was looking to get some deposits into Coinbase,so it does not show just withdrawals. I deposited via my bank which was linked up and it says the expected delivery date is 5 days. I hear the WIRE is next day. I do not see a WIRE option on Coinbase. Keep in mind I am still new to Bitcoin. Any help to find the next day WIRE option would help. I would just do Credit Card as that is instant, but the limit for that is only $750 per week for some reason.

To deposit using a wire: Select the Accounts tab. Select your USD wallet. Click on the "Deposit" button. Make sure to select "Wire Transfer" from the "Pay in Method" menu. Use the information displayed to initiate a Wire transfer denominated in USD from your bank account.

wire Deposit

Wire deposits are available to all customers who have completed sufficient account verifications to obtain a USD wallet. To deposit using a wire:

1. Select the Accounts tab
2. Select your USD wallet
3. Click on the "Deposit" button
4. Make sure to select "Wire Transfer" from the "Pay in Method" menu
5. Use the information displayed to initiate a Wire transfer denominated in USD from your bank account.

Coinbase can only accept wires if:

1. The name on the wire matches the legal name on your Coinbase account AND
2. The wire is sent from a US-based bank account

It is also very important to include the Reference Number to ensure that your deposit is correctly associated with your Coinbase account. Wired funds will typically appear in your account within 1 business day after you send them.

Please be careful not to send an overnight or next day *ACH*. An actual wire must be submitted when sending to our wire details.

After the deposit has cleared, you are free to use your stored USD to make a purchase from the Buys page on Coinbase.

ACH Reversals

National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules cover if and when a simple reversal is allowed, and there are only three situations that qualify.

1. Wrong dollar amount: if the wrong amount was transferred (for example, $200 instead of $150)
2. Wrong account number: if a transfer had the wrong account number and the sender or recipient was not the right account. This is why “bank errors in your favor” are so elusive.
3. Duplicate transaction: if a transfer goes through more than once, the duplicates would obviously be reversed

In the situations above, the reversal must take place within 5 days, and the affected bank account owner must be notified that her account was debited.





You'll probably need to check your own bank's policy. Will probably take longer to get it reversed, plus a fee, than it would to just wait now. :\
