Lowest Fees to Get Bitcoins Deposited Into Bank Account
I have some bitcoins in blockchain that I want to convert to US$ to get into my bank account.

I still have a circle and coinbase account that was previously linked to my checking and used for transfers.

I like circle because they did not charge fees but i recall hearing that circle might not be an option anymore. Can I still transfer bitcoins from blockchain to circle and then to my bank account with no fees?

If i do the Blockchain to Coinbase to Bank account, does Coinbase still charge that 1% fee which can be high for large bitcoin transfers?

Is there a better option with low fees or no fees for transfers to a bank account? Thanks.

I think you're SOL on Circle. What you can do is transfer to GDAX which is Coinbase's investor platform and do a limit order to sell which is no commission then deposit into your bank account. If you don't feel like doing a limit order, you can just do a market order which is the best price you can get at the time you enter the order and they charge a .25% fee. Keep in mind you're paying a miner fee when you transfer from Blockchain to CB/GDAX

If you still know a bitcoin address you have previously used for Circle, then you can still send bitcoin to it and cash out to your bank there.

This was confirmed by users many times in the months after Circle shut down official support. But as i have not seen anyone mention it in mnay months now, if you do try it, I suggest just sending a small amount to test it arrives ok first.

Apart from that, Gemini.com is about the cheapest easy option to cash out.

Or if it’s a national bank you can do localbitcoins...sell them there via cash deposit method...you can also make 6-10% bonus on ure btc too...

I would use caution...circle booted me back in day.. plenty of safer options imo especially with status of circle

It does not matter which one.

As long as you used it to receive bitcoin at Circle before.

I am pretty sure it will still work but do a test send first to make sure.

my circle account has btc currency. i transferred some btc to circle but when i try to cash out it gives the below message. So if i convert to US$ currency, can i still transfer btc to circle from blockchain? If so, I assume they will instantly convert the btc to us$. Is there any reason I should not convert my circle account to us$?
You can no longer buy and sell bitcoin with us. But you have options!

                1. Convert to U.S. dollars to cash out (or use the app to pay friends and get paid)
                2. Move your money to any bitcoin address
                3. Continue to buy and sell bitcoin with our preferred partner, Coinbase
                4. Hold your bitcoin with us (it's fully insured)

                Please note:

Once you switch, you can't go back to bitcoin.

I'd only be assuming Cincy. I'd say you have to convert to US$ but even after doing so this will still work. But I could be wrong too. I was never able to use Circle myself as a foreigner.

There are a couple of posters in this thread who have been doing it https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...cle-issue.html

Maybe shoot them a PM and confirm what they did and if they are still doing it?

Please let me know what you find out and do, so I have the info straight for next time someone asks?

thanks. I transferred 1 bitcoin from blockchain to circle and converted the circle account to us$ and was then able to submit a transfer from circle to my bank account. blockchain showed the value at time of transaction 5:34pm tonight as $18,487 but circle credited $18,746. blockchain fee was $55 and circle claims they do not charge fees for the transfers. I only transferred half to my bank since I don't know if it is better to stay below $10,000 and will do another transfer later.

Would I have gotten more money if i used local bitcoins or something else? I want the money direct deposited into my checking account and prefer not to have to meet up with someone. I still have more bitcoins to cash out so if there are better methods please let me know. thanks.

Localbitcoins you could of got around 20k per coin..buyers just deposit cash into your checking account and then u release after you vefrify....very easy simple process but with that amount you probably would of had multiple buyers...I have used them many many times never a issue..check them out under cash deposit method..If circle works that probably easier though

Don't you have to give them your bank account number though? Would you trust spreading that around to many people?

Yes but what I do is anyone that is new and has less the 10 trades or any bad feedback I don’t trade with...looking at the profile you can tell the good ones plus support is great if there is any issues as it’s all held in escrow until release

i don't understand local bitcoins but it appears the sell bitcoin cash deposit into bank trade level is $18,700 so it seems circle is about the same.

And doubtful you will find a better way or better rates to cash out to a bank than you did at Circle.
