That does not sound like a fair and reasonable exchange rate but their terms do say their "partner rate" will be used

    4.17. Bitcoin

    4.17.1 General Information

    1. In order to use Bitcoin, you must first register a Bitcoin account. You can find more information about Bitcoin here.
    2. Commission for any Bitcoin deposit or withdrawal is free for all Marathonbet customers.
    3. You will only be able to withdraw back to the same Bitcoin account that was used for depositing into your Marathonbet account.
    4. At present it is possible to deposit and withdraw funds in the following currencies: Euro (EUR), Pound Sterling (GBP) and US Dollar (USD).
    5. Currency is being exchanged at our partner’s rate.

I notice that they insist that they pay out back to the same bitcoin address there too. Which could be a trap for some people.

Would you please send in a sportsbook complaint form with your account ID so SBR can reach out to them and hopefully find out more about this.

ya i filled in a complaint this is straight up stealing i can understand a couple hundred as bitcoin price is different everywhere but a couple thousand doesnt seem right also messaged cryptopay.me which is their partner ive noticed on their site they have never had bitcoin 9357,4017 USD which is what they offered marathonbet.

also when i recieved the bitcoin in my wallet i wanted to see how much it would be worth on marathonbet to see if i could get my 21000 close back and it was worth around 16000 to marathonbet

Why the hell you use bitcoin at marathon, when you can use bank transfer. Why dont books that accept btc have current rate for btc.

are you sure about the price?

coindesk chart shows that on nov 18 price of bitcoin was around 7.500

also i dont think bitcoin price ever got near 9.000
