Cloudbet deposit no confirmations after 50+ hours

Where did you send it from and can you find the TxId and post it so I can look up the transaction?

It's just so frustrating because I'm getting the runaround from cloudbet. First they told me there was a delay in the blockchain and then they told me there was a problem with one of their nodes I don't know what that means. They said they were working on it. The next day I was told the problem was resolved and I would receive my deposit within an hour. That was like 36 hours ago or something. When I contacted them this morning they were back to blaming the blockchain and saying there was nothing wrong on their side. I couldn't get a straight answer one way or another. All I know is that I've sent Bitcoins elsewhere and I didn't experience any delays. Thanks again.

Okay, I looked at it...it hasnt been confirmed yet so its not the sportsbooks fault. Currently the BTC network is really backed up, and the miner fee you used is low, so your transaction is basically on the back burner while they confirm the other transactions with higher fees.

Do this:

at the top of the hour, right when the minutes go to 00 put your Txid 766b5e98449d26e14535b32708f98f9b7f7f5365 61c988ef4538fef76b6ddd44 into this website https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
enter the captcha, and hit submit. This should help push it through.

Keep checking the TxId after that for it to say 1 confirmation. Once that happens it wont be long until your sportsbook adds it

Thank you for the info. I will try to follow your instructions. I am aware that there are no confirmations but what is making me so confused is that cloudbet told me that they were working on the problem and my deposit would be credited soon because there was something wrong with one of their nodes. I'm not sure what that means. And then the next day they told me the problem was resolved in my transaction would be credited within an hour. If the problem was not on their side why were they telling me it was? That's what makes all of this so confusing. They told me they were aware of the problem and they were fixing it and then they told me they fixed it and I should be credited soon.

Now I know why you told me to do it the second it turns 0. Was 30 seconds late and it would already said submissions are full lmao. Try it again next hour.

No luck. No matter how fast I am it says the submissions are already full. Will this transaction ever drop out of the blockchain? Or do you have any alternate suggestions? Thank you very much for trying

There's another accelerator called confirmtx.com. They only charge $4 if the transaction size is above 500 bytes (yours isn't). Earlier they were charging $4 no matter what because of how congested the network was. I took the liberty of entering your Tx in the accelerator to see if it was still charging the fee. However, it went through and gave me a processing confirmation so I guess the required fee was lifted. Last person that used it a couple days ago had theirs confirmed in 90 minutes.

I seriously appreciate the assistance. That is very cool of you. I checked out the site and it said my transaction was already queued (thanks to you). It says something in the site about average acceleration transaction taking around 5 hours. At this point anything is fine. I just really appreciate the help I'm getting by coming to this forum. I was at a complete loss getting the runaround from cloudbet and not being able to get a straight answer. Seriously appreciate it thank you

In Cloudbet's defense, they've probably received a ton of calls the same as yours due to the congestion on the network and are giving a stock answer to everyone. Just a guess. And a low fee will get you nowhere for the foreseeable future.

I agree...I with that fee anywhere from 8 hours to 48+ last I check recom fee was 900 or so sat...Crazy!

Thank you for all the help and advice from everybody who replied. My biggest frustration was that on Friday night cloudbet told me that I would receive my deposit soon and then on Saturday morning they told me it would take less than an hour. I have no idea why they told me this. All I know is that I sent to nitrogen with the same fee and it took under 30 minutes. It might not have been cloudbet fault, but they certainly didn't help Matters by giving me wildly different information every time I would live chat with them. Long story short the transaction did go through early this morning possibly due to some of the advice I was given. I thank everybody for their responses.
