Best to ask the book. Some do I know for a fact. You can use the cc in coinbase.

Most books won't, but never hurts to ask.

Bookmaker lets you use a credit card and withdraw in bitcoin, but they frown upon it (I think they limit how often you can do it also) and have a 1x rollover requirement meaning whatever you deposit must be bet before you can withdraw (and I think they count the lesser amount between the win or bet amount towards the rollover so you don't bet a heavy favorite before withdrawing).
