Fairlay Exchange is out of Beta and just today launched there new site...looks like only thing that has changed is redesigned website...Still ZERO commissions, Instant (yes Instant BTC payouts) and best odds for USA players (pinny odds) Ive been on them for while now and never had any issues except for occasional slow grade and that occurs only in horse wagering when there is a LATE withdrawn horse...Check them out!
