Super low fees on bitcoin payouts

Book just sent me a payout with .11 fees on a 16,000 dollar transaction (Mine + another). How long is this going to take to confirm?

So how long did it take your transaction to confirm? I received 2 bitcoins worth about $7500 3 days ago and it's still pending. Also how did you come up with .11 fees?

It took till 9:00 PM or so that night. If you click on the transaction link in blockchain, it will show you a page that lists the details. Here is an example:

I have been using 5 cent fees and getting confirmation in 10 minutes lately. I think it's all just luck really.
