Still use the same BTC steps to withdraw?

Used Bitcoin awhile back to withdraw from Bookmaker.

Is is still the best procedure to withdraw from BM to Blockchain and then blockchain to Coinbase or some other wallet before my U.S. bank?

Yeah, still pretty much the same. Only thing lately is some people leaving coinbase for other exchanges because of many different issues, I've been hearing good things about Kraken lately.
