I don't think any of the best rated books do. Most have rules to prevent them being used as a currency exchange service. Maybe try Bovada, not sure about their policy.

Some smaller books probably wont mind doing that to get the business.

Sorry but I'm not sure if I 100% understand your post but I will chime in.....I deposit with a DC at dsi and get paid via Bitcoin every time. I asked galaxy if I could do that there as well and they said yes but unfortunately I only made 1 deposit there and lost so never had a chance to confirm if true or not. This is just my personal experience
