There's very few exchanges that still deal in dollars. Bitstamp does, so you can check there to compare their fees with CB.

But on Tues, you don't want your BTC at either CB or Bitstamp (see the multiple threads on the upcoming hard fork for more details).

Gemini.com offers an ACH deposit service like Coinbase and charges a little less.

ItBit.com another you can look at if ACH is required.

Gemini doesn't charge a penny to deposit or withdrawal via ACH...only charge is a 25 bps exchange fee to go from usd/btc/eth
