Those of you who wants to buy BTC with Neteller

I'm not sure this is right place to post this thread,

I am thinking, i might offer a exchange service Neteller to BTC. (ALWAYS GO THROUGH WITH ESCROW)
I found local bitcoin offers terrible rate and asking ID verification or webcam verification.
Even they offer very limited amount for each seller.

What do you think about this?
