Gemini.com and ItBit.com are most like Coinbase, with ACH transfers and similar style service.

Localbitcoins.com is a person to person exchange and might be quicker until these inherent delays are solved. Possibly after 1st August some time.

i can't believe how cheap coinbase is, these people could charge so much more, i used to use xcoins when i needed bitcoins fast and they were charging an arm and a leg almost 25 pct
