Question for Canadian bitcoin user.

I've just been buying bitcoins on LBC or at this atm close to me. Any Canadians on here that can help recommend an exchange with high limits and quite possibly a debit card for me.

I am looking for a debit card that will spit out USD to me when I hit an American atm in Toronto.
