I'm new to the bitcoin thing. What is the best wallet to use to get money out of a book and into my bank account? Thanks in advance!

If you are in the USA, then the most popular solution is to use either Coinbase.com or Gemini.com as the place to buy your bitcoin or sell it for cash to be withdrawn to your bank account.

You should use a second wallet, like blockchain.info/wallet, between your book and Coinbase account to separate the gambling transaction from them as they do not allow that sort of use if they detect it. Watch the quick tutorial video pinned to top of this sub forum for more details.
