I'm sure in some fashion this has been asked, so if so please let me know the page thread, if not so I moved my coinbase btc to the USD wallet. How do I then withdrawel to my PayPal

You don't need to move it to USD wallet. You can simply click "sell" (when they are still bitcoin) and instead of choosing USD wallet, choose "to PayPal account"

So since I already moved it to the USD wallet how to I get it out of there to be able to withdrawel via PayPal?

Does it hit your PayPal account faster than it would you bank account? Also, are the fees comparable or less fees when going to PayPal account?

buy bitcoin and sell it to PayPal?
