Cloudbet won't pay and ignores

Hello! I requested a withdrawal and received an e-mail form Cloudbet:

Hi
Please note that multiple accounts are prohibited by Cloudbet.
Please let us know all of your accounts and we will transfer all funds to one account, which you can use. We will not process any withdrawals until that time.
You are not permitted to open any additional accounts.

I have provided all requested information, but Cloudbet don't answer to my e-mails since 22nd December. I have pending withdrawal there more than 4 BTC.

I understand that I breached the rules. I didn't know that it forbidden, as I thought that bitcoins is anonymous. There was case, where more than one person used the same IP.
The thing is, that despite violate rules, cloudbet promised that will pay out, but now ignores me since 22nd December!

Cloudbet has always paid me. You breached their TOS by having two accounts and they are nice enough to let you still play there with only one account.
