Blockchain problem

Does anyone know why i would have an amount in blockchain i cannot send ?? It is only letting me send a much smaller amount. This has been happening for awhile. Very annoying the new blockchain site. Everything was easier with the old one (i guess many more security features with new one). Does this have to do with clearing your browser ? I already tried that and it didn't work. Any help appreciated . thanks !

If you were using the old interface and changed then you will have funds in an imported wallet that is not compatible with the new system.

There is a function somewhere in there to consolidate the old wallet/s into a new version one and from then on everything will work as you expect
