I just learned it is best to use a new bitcoin address for every bitcoin transaction from my blockchain to help prevent circle or others from tracing the bitcoins and closing accounts. But I am still confused why a bitcoin mixer might be useful. If I change my bitcoin address every time I send or receive then this would seem to break the chain or whatever they call it and make a mixer unnecessary. Please help me understand this better.
If A sends B bitcoins and B sends C bitcoins (assume B obtains a new bitcoins address after receiving the coins and only sends a portion of the amount received) then is there any blockchain traceability from A to C
