Absolutely furious with cloudbet right now. Placed a wager on Mitre 10 Rugby, Auckland ML vs Hawkes Bay which Auckland won, so my wager won. This was at 3:45am EST time. 16 hours, two separate support emails which both were responded to and countless refreshes later, the wager is still pending. Any ideas on what I can do here to have my funds released?

Round 2: Bet on a match that began at 1:45am EST 9/9/2016 (Northland Rugby +9.5 1st half) which won. It's currently 11:00pm EST on 9/9/2016 (approx 21 hours later) and the match still hasn't been graded after two support emails requesting for this to be graded. I just don't understand...

For some reason certain books grade faster for inplay bets than pregame slips..cloudbet is one of them. I've experienced super fast grading and payouts from them. I've been very pleased by this shop however the customer service is lacking. They have no live chat and emails take a while before you hear from them back. Perhaps you should play your pregame slips elsewhere to avoid grading delays.

It's like one thing or another with these bitcoin books though. Either they have great lines and plenty of betting options (cloudbet) but they have horrible grading and customer service. Whereas Nitro has horrible lines and terrible options, but they have great customer service. I just wish one of these places would get all of their ducks in a line...

Pushing 30 hours now. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous for this to be happening at a sportsbook that claims to be the best bitcoin book around. No help from support and I have now gone as far as messaging them on social media. This is blowing my mind.

Sorry about your situation. I left Cloudbet last year because of poor lines and a buggy interface. Nitrogen is my Bitcoin sportsbook - Responsive service, better lines, really fast payouts. Although I was hesitant to do so because they transfer BTC in USD, I've really like the major books. Bovada & 5Dimes. Only exposure is that if Bitcoin shoots up - I don't get that rise within my account. All my best!

I've had good luck with Cloudbet. Today I had two bets win -- one was a pre-match French Ligue 2 both teams to score, and another was a Bundeliga live bet. Both paid super quick, and their transactions have always been seamless for me.
