Bitcoin atm question

I have a question about Bitcoin atm's hopefully somebody with experience with them could answer... I searched for atm locations and found a couple fairly close to me located in philly .. One of them was a Genesis brand and says you can convert coin to cash .. Do these machines require you to verify Identification in anyway ? Or can you just go there anonymous as hell and get cash for Bitcoin , I'm sure at a pretty steap % fee ? Any idea on limits ?

I use Genesis for deposits as only one one wway macHines are In my area they charge 11% fee so I only use off hours when banks closed...you do have to give them your phone number so that text you a code...if deposits are more then 500$ there is another level of verification I think but may depend on machine owner

When you go to machine and you transfer the deposit to your wallet, which do you transfer to?? Blockchain or my exchange? Thanks

I have always done right to blockchain with there phone app its normally instant or within 1/2 hr at max if slow blockchain which has happened 2 times...1 time though my phone was dead and there was option for paper wallet so I did that and worked fine too it printed out code and scan on receipt
