It's a scam. There are a ton of these ponzi schemes out there.

Some of them are fun since they show where you are at in the rotation. You'll see your bitcoin address as it rises to the top. If it does get to the top, then you'll double your money. Whatever they are offering.

Sooner or later it collapses and the owner takes the money.
