Bitcoin Book with rolling if-bet/leverage play option

Love Nitrogen except they don't offer a rolling if-bet option yet. Are there any Btc only books like Nitrogen that offer the leveraged play option? I know Heritage and 5D have it, but I like Nitrogen's withdrawal speeds.
