    Non-US Bitcoin Wallet?
What is the best option for a Bitcoin wallet, that is not based in the US? I know Coinbase and Circle are both US companies...

If u r in Canada localbitcoins is great. Traders give account information and you can do direct or email. There are plenty of buyers also for quick sell

Paypal is the most expensive way to buy BTC due to high risk of chargebacks. If you are from US, try Coinbase or Circle. Europeans have much more options: exchanges Kraken or Bitstamp; Coinbase; Coinimal for purchases with Neteller, Sofort, iDeal, SEPA etc.

No bitcoinwallets are based in any country. Bitcoin service providers are what you are referring to, try https://localbitcoins.com/

BTC-E is a big exchange with really good privacy, nobody even knows for sure where they are located. Funding is difficult, like funding a sportsbook and same with cashing out. Never tried it but you use debit cards and wires just like offshore books. I've used them for trading but never deposited or withdrew dollars just BTC

Issue I am having is being able to buy / sell BTC for higher limits. Circle - I only have 300.00 limit. Coinbase wont let me join as I am outside the US. What other options do I have? I want to be able to convert USD to BTC and vice versa on larger amounts.
