Any exchange will have wallets that allow you to do bank wires if you are in the USA. Otherwise, I don't really know why you'd need any other services to cash out. Your limits should be at least $3000-10000 at the services that you list and I don't think you'll find a better service in terms of fees/speed than Circle.
So no, I don't know of any other services that are better for using a USA bank or debit card.Comment -

Also btc-e.com does withdraw to a credit card but I would not try to deposit there from the US.Comment
