Large Bitcoin Deposits?

Has anyone used the bitcoin deposit method for larger amounts? I see 5Dimes says they can go up to 25K. I have lost a few betting spots as options and looking to get a sizable chunk of money deposited offshore...and would like to do it quickly.

Would you feel safe using bitcoin for a larger deposit at a book like 5Dimes?

I would. As long as I'd done several transfers with them previously (back and forth) and things had gone smoothly. Just be aware that they limit your withdrawals to $2500 a week.
