i got royals +240 right now

they are 12-7 in august which isnt a bad record for the royals
have a record of 5-2 in their last 7


heres the stat that kills me ... batting 260 against lefties with 31 home runs and 140 total RBI's in over 1300 at bats

david price is a dominate pitcher we all know ... 15+ wins in the american league east with an era under 2.50 is remarkable

also going for KC is a major gas can ... has a 5 era on the season and cant seem to pitch well at all

I am taking a flyer on the Royals tonight, +230. TB overvalued a bit here due to their four game sweep of the Angels. Royals are 8-6 this year as a +170 road dog, cashing a +230 against Verlander back in May. Hochevar can be good at times. If the Royals can get at least 6 out of him, they have a good BP to give them a chance. The Royals are 9-3 since 2011 (3-1 this year) following a game where Hochevar gave up 2 or more HRs. The Royals are also 8-0 since June 9th 2011 (4-0 this year) when starting Hochevar vs a team that has won their last two games.
