    Kershaw -115 at home
I was going to take the White Sox last night at +122, but the value in the current line seems to be with the Dodgers now. Sale has had an incredible season, but how often do you get Kershaw at this price at C-R? He hasn't been nearly as dominant this year, but his numbers there are still incredibly solid.

Thoughts? Probably a 2-1 or 3-2 game either way.

I leaned to the over as well, but didn't play it. I think there were plenty of things pointing towards over 5.5 at -120 or less as a solid play. I can respond further if you want on this as well...

You are probably the type of bettor that would never bet over 5.5, ever. It seems too easy. Under 5.5 always has to be solid, because over is a trap and never a play. Right?

Look at kershaws last 3 starts. Look at whitesox batting avg last 5 games. Add on how the books got 2 best pitchers begging u to take under. Then on top of that, I went with my gut knowing it will hit over, by. Not that many runs, but I figured at least 7

I don't bet game totals anymore. I actually used to play overs when two aces were going at it.

This dropped to +100 right before first pitch at Pinny on the over with most other books juicing the over. Someone liked it a lot.

Sale was arguably the hottest pitcher in baseball coming in, and Kershaw, although a little more vulnerable, has still been pretty damn good at home. Books were "begging you to take the under"? What?

Anyway, just wondering what made you go so big on this particular play.

Setting a total that low, they figured everyone would think it would be a 2-0 2-1 type game. I didn't fall for it.... This was a big play of mine in baseball in a while, trust me, i looked at this since yesterday, which I posted in my thread. Maybe I got lucky, but I like to look at it as I outsmarted the flip flops, I cashed, and thats all that matter to me.
