Kind of a dumb question, but Washington game is delayed. Weather shows rain all afternoon. If the game has to be called, will it go down as a loss as far as our bets go? Sorry, normally a NBA better, don't really run across rain outs too often

He's definitely making a case for himself for that award. He's really showing why nobody has had faith in him in years...that's why I made it a small play, and im glad i did. Two innings for a little Natty comeback.

Shit, sorry it took so long to reply. The line movement on the Detroit game has been very telling. Not a big majority of money on either side, but line moved a lot for DET.

-Harrison has been pitching out of this world recently. Big game tonight, I think he comes back to earth and gets roughed up by DET.
-Fister is a solid pitcher. He's 3-12 on the season and 0-3 in his last three. This is because he was on the awful Mariners. He's due for a win, and he will be really hyped tonight in this big debut game.

Cubs game: heavy money on PIT, some RLM for the Cubs. Cubs are hot, bats are moving. Garza hasn't been pitching to his ability, but I think he steps up tonight. Cubs may be out of the running, but they know this is a big series for the Pirates...they're gonna play tough.

Some steam line movement on the Reds- heavy money on reds, line moves up a lot for the Reds.

Willis has been pitching fairly well since his return, yet hasn't had a win decision yet (in 4 games). He's due for one with how well he's been pitching, and I think he can get it for sure tonight. Willis is pitching like he has something to prove, and he does. The dude is ice cold and stays focused on the mound. He's been getting out of trouble well.

The Astros offense is dynamically different (worse) without Pence in that lineup (so glad my Phils scooped him). He brought a lot of versatility to the table and a lot of protection for Carlos Lee.

The Reds offense can go off, and Lyles is gonna get wrecked by them tonight.

I feel really good with this play, hopefully I am right. I feel more comfortable with 9.38 units to win 7 units on the Reds than I would with 2 units on the Astros against Willis tonight.

I will not have a play on the Dodgers tonight. The line has moved opposite of what I was hoping. Still like the Dodgers to win tonight, but not gonna put a play on it.

GL. Rough afternoon...real mad about that STL loss. Edwin Jackson gives up 3 hrs to Casey McGehee or however the hell you spell it. Couldn't have predicted that to save my life.

I can't understand what is wrong with OAK. Cahill has been off, Gio has been off. The bats that were hot are cold against the M's...unreal.

I am going to start posting some total plays as well. I have started attempting to read total lines the same way I do for moneylines. I have been tracking them for 3 days, and those have actually been doing better than the moneyline plays, haha of course. So, I am going to start posting my top total reads for anyone looking for action and you guys will be able to see how they do with me.

I will keep a separate record for the totals and post it whenever I recap the moneylines.

I will start this tracking with a play tonight:

MIN/LAA O8 -115 (5 units)

I will track them on the same unit range as the moneyline plays: 1-10 units. Obviously, bet with caution because I haven't tracked these in the thread before, but I have been tracking them for a few days on my own.

Yeah that loss is really disappointing. Other than the first inning (or maybe second?) when the Astros got the two runs on Willis, he looked really good. He got out of trouble like he has been doing. It's too bad the Reds bullpen melted down like that. Unbelievable man.

A win in that game would have made today a profitable day (i think)...but once again, I have to look forward to tomorrow...

Yeah it was in bottom first that he let up the 2 run bomb. They should have let him pitch bottom 7 since he get the homer in top of the inning!!! Guy deserves to go out there and atleast pitch to the first batter of the inning, he was locked in lol!! Instead they toss in that bum.

A note for the totals I will be posting. I am very confident in these plays. Obviously, you should all watch their performance before you tail any of them. My hope with the totals (other than them being profitable, obviously) is that with posting them as well, I will likely post less moneyline plays. I have been trying to limit my moneyline plays to the ones I am most confident in, and I was confident in every play today, but I feel like I am still trying to find more plays at times just to have action (Nationals today as an example). I like to have a lot of action to spread risk but I am finding myself posting additional plays that are not my best plays just to have more action.

I am also going to start trying to layoff heavy juice faves and runlines. If I feel good about heavy juice faves (-150 and higher), I will likely post parlays with them, but I am tired of laying heavy juice and losing it (OAK today example).

Keep an eye out for the totals, because as I have tracked them, it appears that my strategy works fairly well with them. I am going to likely be cutting down moneyline plays as well. I know I said that yesterday and posted like 10 today, but that will not be happening anymore.

Hope everyone did alright tonight...gonna be another losing night for me, unfortunately. I'm glad to see another 10 unit play hit. They are now 8-3 with a profit of 40.6 units on the season, which makes me very happy.

I'm confident this cold streak will end and I plan on tomorrow being the day that ends it and begins another winning streak. I'll be back in the morning with a recap and possibly with plays on the afternoon games.

Oh wow, I was actually going to post and ask what his pitch count was. That move is a real head scratcher then...not surprising coming from Dusty Baker...
