im ridign with the CHISOX only bc krod has pitched a ton lately, vlad is out of the lineup, and they are at home
keep in mind, the whitesox starter is mediocre aT best
lackey is a top 10 al pitcher and the angels are a top3 al team. the whitesox are none of those things. contreas sucks. i dotn care what his numbers are.
but no vlad, no chone and crap at 3b and 2b make the home dog the playhere.

Now granted all three times they met was in LA.
Contreras @ home this year the combined scores yielded 5,7,14,7 runs while Lackey on the road this year the combined scores were 4 runs as he has only pitched once on the road this year but if you go back to last year Lackey on the road the combined scores were 4,2,3,6 last four road games of 07 he pitched. Looks like O/U 8 the under is the play but at 7.5 I just don't like it.

Angels have not been scoring many without him they have a strong chance of losing.
These two met just a little while ago In Anaheim.
May 14,th it was 1-1 untill Lackey was pulled where the weak bullpen of Angels blew the game 6-1.
Lackey is only allowed 7 innings max or 80 pitches.

the thing about the angels is they swing at everything. so you never know. somedays they win and dont hit at all. with them, its the pitching first, everything else later.
the guys who started the game for the angels arent very good hitters, so if he pitches like that to kotchman and napoli,m agree with you. he will get hitComment -
