But every other trend points to the over for both teams..
Jays can put up 7 runs by themselves..

Take it for what it's worth:
Randomly met one of the top umps, and had a drink a couple times. Great guy. I said, "Ya know, as an Indian fans, I have my least favorite ump; it's Hirschbeck, and it ain't even close."
He says that 'he's most fellow umpires' least favorite person as well, to be honest.'
That was 11 years ago. Maybe he changed? NOT!!!
I see your philosophy on the under. Loose strike zone = low-scoring.

If he's the plate ump today, that means Hoye is behind the plate tomorrow, no? 23-6 to the under I believe. This was brought up in players talk. Hell of an angle.

No. Hoye should have the plate tomorrow in either the Bronx, Minny, Pitt, Washington, or Atlanta.

Cool, thanks for the info. We should really stay on top of Hoye's plate days. No better angle out there in mlb right now. Market has yet to catch this.

Cuzzi in Washington but Hoye not there. He was with this crew last weekend, don't know what happened to him.

Some days his zones get so big its absurd. I dont mind it cuz i'd rather watch a game with a bigger zone but sometimes the hitters barely have a chance.

With a little luck the game stayed under 6.5 runs.
More importantly there were only 2 innings in which runs were scored.... Hirschbeck doing work.

That's from 2010. Hoye is in Hallion's crew along with Cuzzi and Miller. That crew is in Washington right now and normally Hoye would be calling tonight's game. For whatever reason he was replaced by Porter yesterday. It's possible he was replaced just for yesterday's game and Hoye still shows up and does the plate tonight but I'm expecting Porter there.

So you're saying Porter replaced Hoye at 3rd yesterday? Thanks in advance, just trying to catch up. This angle needs to be stayed on top of IMO, everything else in MLB this early is a gamble at best.

Porter replaced Hoye in the rotation at 1st base yesterday. I don't know if he replaced him just for yesterday's game or the entire series. One of them will be behind the plate today, probably Porter.
