it also depends when they come. A two out killer error that keeps the rally alive is just like a TO. But some of the errors have no bearing in the outcome.

Errors are like extra possessions.

It heightens the amount of stress on a pitchers arm, gives up an extra at bat, and almost always lead to a run.

If a team has one more extra @bat per game I bet their winning percentage is boosted astronomically.
