do anyone have a reliable answser to this question? parlay the road favorite(-1.5) with the over have a positive ROI? i have 3 locals that will take this type of action and it seems like no online will take it....must be something to it if the online will not take it

Like you said it's correlated, but it will be interesting if someone has some numbers.

Yeah, most books won't do a RL parlay. You could do the ML and over parlay. Won't pay much.
If the online books won't take it, it must mean they lose on those bets.

Try your system on paper for the 1st month to see whats up.

My guess would be that this won't work blindly. I'm sure if you take into account the ML into your analysis, you can get a better picture of which games to bet those parlays, and which ones to lay off.

No firm data immediately available - but if they let you do it there are many spots where it makes a lot of sense and should be a workable, +EV angle. I wouldn't necessarily rule out home favs, either. In some cases the more favorable RL prices will more than offset the inherent home club disadvantage vs the RL.
